Most of the time, people don’t feel the need to snoop through their partner’s things. If you’re in a relationship, trust is very important. Going behind their back just to find out who they have been talking to and what they are doing is morally wrong. However, there are certain times that we feel the need to do a little plundering. One of those times might be if you find a phone number in your partner’s pants while you are doing the laundry. In certain situations, this can be enough to drive you crazy. Most of the time, it wouldn’t bother you. However, let’s say he’s been doing a lot of overtime at work. Maybe he has missed dinner several nights in the past couple of weeks.

Then, finding a number with no name can really start to get to you. While you want to trust him more than anything, part of you wonders if you are being betrayed. You wonder if he could possibly be cheating on you, or at least talking to someone or having a friendly relationship with someone that might lead to cheating. When you experience this, you feel guilty for finding the number and worrying, but you also feel nervous and afraid that your worst fears might be true.

You might try to forget about the number, and put it somewhere that you know he will find it. You probably try to convince yourself that the number belongs to a buddy from work, or a company that your partner is working with. Then you keep wondering why there was no name, and what if he is doing something he shouldn’t be doing. Worrying like this can keep you from functioning, and can really make you depressed and upset. What if it’s true? Wouldnt you like to know rather than wonder? If he’s not cheating, don’t you want to find out so that you can get back to normal and stop worrying?

Well, you can. All you have to do is visit www.reversemobile.com and type the number in. After a few seconds, you will be supplied with the name of the person the number belongs to. You will also get their address, marital status and other information. In some cases, you can find out if they’ve been arrested or have any criminal or civil records. This is a very simple thing to do, and it just takes a few minutes to catch him red handed, or to relieve your fears. It can be very frustrating to wonder if your partner is cheating on you. By utilizing this website, you are able to find out quickly and without him ever having to know. Besides, if the number is perfectly innocent, you dont want him to think you were suspicious, do you? Try this website if you are dealing with something like this. You might find out that the number really did belong to a company that your partner was dealing with at work. Then, you can rest easy knowing that you are not being betrayed by the person you love.

By Jim DeSantis

Identity thieves can use your personal information to take over your Savings or Checking accounts or open new ones and these damages do not have limits. They may even use your good name to get a job, take out a car loan, or rent an apartment. Here is how to protect yourself and your family.

First things first, let us define what Identity Theft is. Identity theft occurs when a criminal uses your personal information to steal your identity. They will use your identity to apply for credit and open bank accounts. They take your money and do not pay the bills they rack up in your good name. They bounce checks in your name. They ruin your credit and they are laughing all the way to the bank while you sit dumbfounded, wondering how it could have happened. Like most of us, you thought you were protected by the banks and credit card companies you trusted to keep your information safe.

Sorry to inform you but you are the first line of defense. Here is what you need to know to protect yourself.

Do not give out personal information, especially your Social Security number or bank account numbers, unless you have initiated the contact. This seems obvious but thieves will pose as representatives of legitimate companies with which you do business and request you "verify personal information." In "verifying" it, you are actually giving it to the caller. Instead, tell the caller you’re busy and will have to call them back, then ask for a name and contact phone number.

Usually, when you ask the scammer for a call back number they will make excuses as to why you cannot call them back or they will just hang up. Even if they give you a phone number, do not use it to call them back. Instead, use your billing statements or a phone book to get the number of the business, call and verify the caller and his or her purpose for contacting you.

There are several types of identity theft you need to protect against.

Account takeover identity theft: This refers to the type of situation where an imposter uses the stolen personal information to gain access to your existing accounts. Often the identity thief will use the stolen identity to acquire even more credit products by changing your address so that you never see the credit card bills that the thief runs up.

True name identity theft: This means that the thief uses personal information to open new accounts. The thief might open a new credit card account, establish cellular phone service, or open a new checking account in order to obtain blank checks. The Internet has made it easier for an identity thief to use the information they’ve stolen because transactions can be made without any real verification of someone’s identity. All a thief really needs today is a series of correct numbers to complete the crime.

Criminal identity theft: The thief uses your personal information to assume your identity. The thief gives your name and presents counterfeit ID to law enforcement when questioned or arrested for a crime. In a worst-case scenario, you could be prosecuted for the actions of the thief who has stolen your identity.

Internet identity theft: Do not give personal information to websites that are not using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to transfer the information. Secure sites are noted by the the "s" added to the usual http, preceding the website address. It will look like this: https. These sites will encrypt all information between your computer and the site so it is nearly impossibleto steal it. Legitimate sites will also have a Privacy Policy posted that states how your personal information will be used. If the site states that they might share your information with unnamed "third parties," you have no guarantee that the "third parties" will protect your information from identity theft.

Here are some other tips:

Use a "confetti" shredder for all paper and plastic that displays your personal information. This includes statements, credit card solicitations, junk mail that has your name and address, and expired cards of all kinds, including not only credit cards but also insurance cards, medical cards and even library cards. If you receive magazine subscriptions, remove the address pages for the shredder before throwing the magazines out. There should be nothing in your trash that identifies you that is not shredded.

Although these and other precautions can help reduce the risk of identity theft, vigilance can also go a long way towards protecting yourself. Watch your monthly billing and bank statements. Missing statements can be a sign that someone has changed your billing address without your knowledge or has stolen your mail right from the mail box. Even junk mail can be telling. If you suddenly get multiple catalogs or brochures for products you have never purchased, this could be a sign that someone else is using your name to buy from those merchants.

Experts also recommend reviewing your credit report regularly. In the United States, law allows each person one free copy yearly from each credit agency: Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. You can obtain all three free credit reports at once, or get one free copy every four months by rotating agencies. This is the only FTC-approved website for obtaining free credit reports, and it has no strings attached. These are available online by searching "free credit reports" and finding the government approved website to apply.

Be aware of the double-dip scam as well. By applying for welfare or other forms of social assistance the identity thief can develop a way of getting food and some of the bills covered under assistance while maintaining a steady job in their real name. This type of identity theft can lead to criminal charges being brought against you, the victim, by the government agency that has been defrauded, leaving the thief to continue on with his life without interruption or legal problems.

Become educated about identity theft. You can minimize your risk by managing you personal credit information wisely, cautiously and with heightened diligence and sensitivity with the right information.

If you’re getting prank calls or if you find a number on you caller identification that you don’t recognize, you probably want to find out who is behind that number. The good news is that finding the owner of a phone number is easier than you might think with Reverse Phone Detective!

Find the Owner of a Phone Number Now:
The result will appear in the frame below.

As long as you have the area code and the seven digit number, you should be able to locate any number’s owner, if you know where to look.

Searching For That Number

Your first stop should be a free reverse phone number directory. Plenty of them are available on the Internet. At the site, you’ll enter the entire number including the area code and hit "Search." If the number is a published land line, you should get the information you want, including the name of the owner and the entire address of the owner.

If you’re lucky enough to get results, then your search can stop there. In most cases, you’ll need to try a slightly different approach.

Usually, the reason you’ll run into problems is that the number belongs to a cell phone. Because there is no central database of cell phone numbers, free reverse phone directories cannot return information on those numbers. You also won’t be able to get information on landline numbers that are unlisted or non-published.

Don’t bother trying multiple reverse phone directories in order to find the owner of a phone number, either. Most use the same databases, so if you don’t score results at one then you won’t fare any better at another site.

Find a Phone Number Owner With Reverse Phone Detective

Instead, you may have to use a paid site. For a reasonable fee, you can access all of the information you need about the owner of a phone number using Reverse Phone Detective. Our database gives you accurate, up-to-date information using both land line and cell phone searches.

Our exclusive database includes broad coverage of the entire United States with better results than you’ll find at most other sites. We also give you free search assistance, access to expanded people search databases, and more.

In addition, we also give you a 100%, ironclad guarantee if you don’t get results, you don’t pay. It’s a no-brainer!

To use Reverse Phone Detectives’ reverse lookup service, you will pay a fee which gives you an unlimited number of searches inside the members’ area, plus a premium full phone report. After you sign up, just enter the phone number you want to find, click "Search" and you’ll have your information. It’s that easy!
